AURP International Conference will take place
as planned in Salt Lake City!

AURP is actively monitoring the incidence of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) and is following the guidance of the CDC plus local Salt Lake City and Utah health departments regarding large gatherings, including CDC recommendations on preventing the spread of COVID-19. This includes, but is not limited to, submitting to restrictions set in place during the event including wearing a mask at all times in indoor public areas, engaging in appropriate physical distancing, and most importantly the requirement that all attendees must be fully vaccinated to attend.

If you are sick or feeling you are getting sick, we request that you please stay home. The CDC recommends that people in high-risk groups consult with their healthcare provider about attending any large gathering.

All conference attendees, speakers, and sponsors:

  • Are required to wear a mask during all conference sessions and networking. Masks will be readily available throughout the conference spaces.
  • Must be fully vaccinated prior to arrival at the conference. We encourage our non-vaccinated colleagues to participate in our hybrid conference virtually.

Conference attendees will be required to certify their acceptance of these registration requirements during the registration process in addition to agreeing to the waiver policy as described below.
